I’m so excited to have an interview with Executive Chef Rob Lucas and Pastry Chef Sarah Variel from Koi Restaurant for you this week. They have some amazing gluten-free items on the menu. The photos look so good right?!?! You will definitely eat like a king or queen at Koi. Some of my favorite gluten free items on the menu are Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Molten Chocolate Cake and the new Cheesecake. Can you tell I like dessert?
